N
Naples – Finger Lakes community, home of the annual Grape Festival in September. Halfway between Rochester to the north and Elmira to the south on the south end of Canandaigua Lake in Ontario County. Plenty of outdoor activities year `round.
Narrowsburg – Village on the Delaware River in Sullivan County just across from Pennsylvania. It overlooks the Big Eddy, a popular fishing spot and the deepest point in the Delaware River, Narrowsburg is nestled between the Catskill and Pocono Mountains and is contained in the Township of Tusten.
Nelliston – Just off the New York State Thruway 43 miles from Utica and only 29 miles to Cooperstown.
Newark – North of the New York State Thruway between Rochester and Syracuse. Convenient to Palmyra.
New Berlin – Country town in Chenango County near the Otsego County line. Only 25 miles to Cooperstown and 30 miles to Oneonta.
Newburgh – On the Hudson River just across from Beacon in Dutchess County.
Newfane – On Lake Ontario north of Lockport and convenient to Niagara Falls.
New Paltz – Located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, New Paltz is a college town, with beautiful natural surroundings and enough great arts, cultural, and historic sites to satisfy any visitor.
New Windsor – Just down the Hudson from Newburgh (see above) and 60 miles north of New York City.
Niagara Falls – Lots of activities at the Falls, on the Niagara River, siteseeing and easy access to Canada with it's attractions that surround Niagara Falls.
Nichols – Between Binghamton and Elmira on the Pennsylvania border.
Nicholville – In St. Lawrence County east of Potsdam.
Norfolk – North of Pottsdam in St. Lawrence County, located in the Town of Waddington. See listings there...
North Creek – North of Glens Falls in Warren County.
North Granville – "The Colored Slate Capital of The World" Founded in 1780.
North Chili – No current listings here, try nearby Leroy.
North River – Located in Essex County, there are currently no B&B's listed in this community. Check nearby B&B's
Northville – In the northeast corner of Fulton County in the southern Adirondacks near the borders of Hamilton and Saratoga County, Northville is home to the Lapland Lake Four-season Vacation Center.
North Rose – South of Sodus Bay in Wayne County.
N. Tonawanda – Between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Great location for visitors desiring easy access to both cities.
Northville – North of Albany in the foothills of the Adirondacks.
Nunda – South of Mt. Morris and west of Dansville. Rural community.
Nyack – Located in Rockland County, there are currently no B&B's listed in this community. Check nearby B&B's.

Ocean Beach – On Long Islands Fire Island. Ocean Beach is the largest and most popular town on the island.  It has an abundance of restaurants, bars, and a lively nightlife.

Old Chatham – Columbia County village north of Chatham, convenient to Kinderhook and only 24 miles to Albany.
Old Forge
Old Westbury – Located in Long Island, there are currently no B&B's listed in this community. Check nearby B&B's.
Olean – In Cattaraugus County near the junction of the Ischus and Allegheny Rivers just a few miles from the Pennsylvania border.
Oliverea
Olmstedville – Adirondacks community in Essex County near the borders of Warren and Hamilton Counties. North of Glens Falls.
Oneida
Oneida Castle – Located on the border of Madison and Oneida Counties. For B&B's near here check Oneida.
Oneonta
Ontario – East of Webster and Rochester in Wayne County. Rural community.
Orient - The eastern-most town on Long Island's North Fork. Also known as Orient Point.
Oswego
Otselic
Ovid – Rustic community north of Lodi and the Finger Lakes National Forest between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. Local vineyards, and Amish attractions nearby.

Painted Post – Community on the outskirts of Corning.
Palenville
Palmyra – East of Rochester in Wayne County. According to the Book of Mormon, Joseph Smith's vision began in the Sacred Grove on Stafford Road, and the first Book of Mormon was printed at the Grandin Print Shop on Main Street, Palmyra.
Parksville – In the foothills of the Catskill Mountains in Sullivan County.
Patchogue – Long Island community on the shore of the Great South Bay.
Pawling – The village sits in the middle of the Town of Pawling at Dutchess County's southeast corner. Just minutes from the Connecticut border.

Pennellville – North of Syracuse and Baldwinsville.
Penn Yan – On the northernmost tip of Keuka Lake west of Seneca Lake.
Perry – Just outside Letchworth State Park and convenient to Mount Morris.
Philmont – Columbia County village south of Chatham, convenient to Hudson and only 40 miles to Albany. For B&B's near here try one of those 2 communities.
Phoenix – Halfway between Syracuse and Oswego.
Phoenicia  – see Ulster County.
Pine Bush – In northern Orange County on the border of Ulster County and convenient to southern Sullivan County.
Pine City – Just south of Elmira near the Pennsylvania border.
Pine Hill – In the Catskills west of Woodstock.
Pine Island – Minutes from the Pennsylvania border in southern Orange County. A hamlet known for its rich black soil and antique shops. Accommodations in Warwick.
Pine Plains – On the northern border of Dutchess County. The area is known for its outdoor beauty with many parks that attract visitors from Dutchess and Columbia Counties. With many lakes and parks in Pine Plains, fishing, swimming and boating are popular attractions.
Piseco – Deep in the Adirondacks on picturesque Piseco Lake.
Pittsfield – Convenient to Oneonta and Cooperstown in Otsego County.
Pittsford – East of Rochester in Monroe County this Erie Canal village abounds with unique shops and a lot to see and do.
Plattsburgh – Beautiful spot situated between Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Attractions include the largest fresh water beach in America, the Art Museum at Plattsburgh State and year `round outdoor activities including boating, fishing (some of the best in the country) and skiing.
Pleasant Valley – In Dutchess County, on the Taconic State Parkway. It retains a rural feel, with substantial farmlands spread over gently rolling hills. See Hyde Park for accommodations.
Portageville – On the southern edge of Letchworth State Park west of Dansville.
Port Henry – Adirondacks community on Lake Champlain in scenic Essex County.
Port Jefferson – Long Island community near the Suffolk county line in Nassau County. Fishing and site-seeing abound.
Port Jervis – In the scenic Shawangunk Mountains on the Delaware River separating New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York in Orange County.
Potsdam – Convenient to the St. Lawrence and the Adirondacks.
Poughkeepsie – City and Town with numerous communities bordering the Hudson River in Dutchess County. Easy rail access to New York City. Many historic sites in the area including the Clinton House museum, the Glebe House, the 1869 Bardavon Opera House and the Vassar Institute.
Prattsburgh – Finger Lakes community west of Keuka Lake.
Prattsville – In the northern Catskills of Green County.
Preble – Finger Lakes village off I-81 near Skaneateles Lake.
